In Ayvalik, the MANZARA ensemble has found a new “playground” where they and their guests can now let off steam to their heart’s content…

On the Bosporus, the “pair runners” Erdoğan Altındiş and Gabi Kern-Altındiş have already proven that there is a special power, energy and dynamism in this intercultural combination. Erdogan, an architect and painter, is a skilled border crosser and works with dedication to bring together culture enthusiasts in one of the world’s most exciting metropolises. Gabi? Building and Architecture: Profession is Passion! She is a creative organizational talent and brings her wealth of experience to all areas of the company with empathy and commitment.

Social responsibility

Ayvalik has a rich supply of local products and a lively network of smaller businesses. For our renovation work and all purchasing, we use the regional producers and craftsmen. With MANZARA Ayvalik, we want to contribute to the development of the urban structure and actively involve residents in the project.

And our guests also quickly feel integrated into the social fabric of Ayvalik: innovative service providers and the local stores and stores are equally a contact point and popular meeting place. The specially developed regional money system favors the consumption of local products. And guests quickly get the feeling of “live like a local.”

A new awareness of region, of origin and of fair treatment of the immediate environment is emerging in travel markets. In the future, the concept of “region” will move people’s minds and hearts. Region is the new organic! Taking local responsibility is a promising tourism principle of the future.

We want to think in terms of concepts and projects, multiply our existing talents through networking, and make long-term plans for the future. In practice, creative economy for us means taking into account individual talents and ideas of individuals for the creation process of MANZARA Ayvalik.

The corporate design of MANZARA Istanbul was largely developed and designed by guests – great graphic designers, writers and photographers created a unique look that communicates the essence of MANZARA authentically and directly.
